**Description** You will be a key contributor in leading and implementing our platform architecture and you will be partnering with Designers, Product Managers, and other Engineers to get the best products into our customers’ hands. **Education** - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. **Experience** - 5+ Years of experience with Python - Experience in leading teams of other Software Engineers **Skills** - Python - Flask and/or Django - Agile methodologies - RESTful web services - Software design skills. - Git / Mercurial / other code version control system - SQL (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, etc) / NoSQL Databases (Mongo, Cassandra, Redis, etc) - Experience consuming/developing SOAP / REST APIs **Nice to have** - Experience with containers(OpenShift / OpenStack / Docker / Kubernetes / Rancher) **Soft Skills** - Advanced English - Experience with any Agile Methodology(Kanban, Scrum, etc) - Leadership and mentoring skills - Open to learning new technologies - Great communication skills - Clean and maintainable code following best practices. - Decision making
