SD Solutions is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Virtual Card Supplier Enablement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue by onboarding suppliers to accept and receive virtual card payments. This involves outreach to vendors via phone and email to gather information about payment capabilities and document clear instructions for payment processing. As a key member of our growing team, the supplier enablement specialist will manage vendor data in a CRM, track vendor communications, and ensure suppliers are successfully enabled to accept virtual card payments. Key Responsibilities: - Research and qualify suppliers to participate in Tipalti's virtual card payment program - Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual cards - Identify and overcome objections through effective communication and active listening - Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while providing an exceptional customer experience - Efficiently gather all required data from suppliers to finalize the enrollment process - Meticulously document responses to facilitate seamless payment transactions - Collect payment instructions, required information, and delivery methods to execute payments accurately Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong negotiation and customer service skills with high attention to detail - Ability to exceed performance metrics and quality assurance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Self-motivation to achieve high volumes of outbound calls and meet enrollment and payment targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - High standards of integrity - Up to 5 years of experience with 1-3 years of outbound sales experience (B2B sales experience in virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, or eProcurement) - Proficiency with CRM tools (SalesForce) - Experience working with Excel and ticketing systems (Zendesk) - Experience with payment systems and/or working at a Fintech company About the Opportunity: This is a fantastic chance to join a global payables automation platform that provides a cloud solution to scale and automate global payables operations.
