Please remember Actividades a realizar: About the role: We are looking for a Digital Ad Specialist responsible for developing and implementing advertising campaigns on the Internet in order to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives. LSMs digital infrastructure is expanding rapidly. We are looking for savvy social Ads and SEM Specialists to ensure the ads strategy is reaching its goals. This role will work and report directly to the Assistant Director of Communications and will work closely with social media, content, and design teams. Areas of responsibility The Social Ads and SEM Specialist key duties are as follows: - Planning: analysis of the movement´s objectives and resources, including the digital advertising campaigns it has previously carried out. - Implementing: After the planning stage comes implementing the digital advertising campaigns on the different platforms. This includes performing A/B or multivariate tests and generating the corresponding creatives. - Tracking: Track results on a daily/weekly basis. Analyze and measure user behavior, monitor the rhythm of the campaign, and establish different control points. - Optimize: it is crucial to optimize campaigns and brand strategies based on the results that have been achieved and those that are still striving towards.
