Dynamics of the role Impact You’ll Make: The role of Consultant for the General Manager for LATAM must help to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the 9 countries that compile the region (excl. Colombia). This position demands a dynamic and proactive person capable of navigating complex regional dynamics. To be successful, the person must be comfortable working in different projects/workstreams at the same time and at different levels of detail and, enjoy structuring and tracking local and regional initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills needed. How you will contribute: - Collaborate with the GM and senior leadership to develop and implement regional strategies that align with corporate goals and address local market nuances, and support the execution of the regional business plan - Act as a liaison among country managers, facilitating communication and collaboration to harmonize efforts and share best practices across the region - Oversee high-complexity projects, especially focused on growth, ensuring timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes - Support strategic and tactical initiatives, at the local and regional level; drive the pre- and post-meeting work involved for the sessions - Perform other related duties as assigned We would love to see: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related discipline - Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish - Must have at least 3-4 years of general business work with experience on strategy development; background in Consulting is desired - Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, mixed with sound business judgement - Excellent project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable prioritizing, working under deadlines and producing key deliverables - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse market environments - Team worker and ability to make things happen within the organization - Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts to assess implications to drive actions and capitalize on opportunities - Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point and the Office Suite applications Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries IT Services and IT Consulting and IT System Data Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
