🌟 Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy. - Connect existing clients with their legal teams and provide quick solutions to concerns. - Direct calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers to the appropriate legal staff while maintaining confidentiality. - Redirect potential new clients to the Intake department. - Collaborate with internal departments to support client cases. ✅ What We’re Looking For - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a high-volume call environment. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and DocuSign. - Experience using standard office equipment (phones, computers, fax, etc.). - Excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence. - Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients in distress.
