Job Description We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to drive the growth and profitability of our paid media portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with experience in Google Ads campaigns. This role requires someone who can lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. You will be responsible for pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned campaigns, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage creative assets, including ad copy and materials, for campaigns and maintain an organized asset library. - Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives. - Continuously monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS. - Document all tests and campaign changes in a structured test log, sharing wins and learnings with internal stakeholders. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube). - Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently. - Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups). - Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development. - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
