About The Role The responsibility of this position is to support the RGM Manager in the roll out of the Revenue Growth Management in Andina, balancing the 7 price levers (Non promoted shelf price / Promo shelf price / Price flow / Mix / Pack and size / New Products and Cross border pricing) and ASP, with a clear focus on what is in it for Shopper, Customer and CP, requesting explanations to provide clear understanding of the cost evolution, in order to guarantee the achievement of the profitability budgeted. What You Will Do Use programming language and visualization tools, to process data information from different sources (BI, Excel, Nielsen, etc.) to create analysis that lead to more accurate and data based decision making. Gather and align requirements with Retail Marketing, CDTs, Marketing and Finance departments. Prepare interactive Dashboards through the requirements raised. Define and evaluate key performance indicators to track price performance and enable continuous improvement across RE’s. Define and measure key business metrics to track pricing and deliver performance that enable continuous improvements and inform business decisions. Support RGM workshops deployment for key categories in Colombia. Cooperate in the execution of Revenue Management projects across RE’s and customers capitalizing opportunities in Pricing, Promo optimization, Trade Terms effectiveness, Mix and Pack/Formats strategy. Work with the Retail marketing team to define GTN optimization opportunities. Lead the tracking of the mix management strategy across categories and sizes and proposing corrective actions to increase profitability for CP & customers. Manage the RGM projects follow up across RE’s / categories, interacting with both Marketing and Retail marketing to deliver expected results. Collaborate with SPI process by evaluating regular price elasticities, pricing architecture within brands, price strategy among REs and provide recommendations based on data analytics. Support sizing and pricing strategy and implementation for customers across different RE’s & Categories. Create training materials for sales teams, including sales training and customer support.
