We are hiring the best talent for **ATR Analyst (Revenue) **to be located in **Colombia**. **Responsibilities** Responsible for supporting Revenue Accounting and reporting process, coordination for some activities assigned to other members in the team, and focal point for Projects and initiatives. - Additional responsibilities include: - Support GSF Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects - Support BRAVO reporting task - Support blackline reconciliation and general accounting process - Understanding of accounting technical requirements - Understanding controls applicable in the process - Support Automation and Finance improvement initiatives, implementation within the revenue process in the team - Special projects as assigned from time to time including technical and new business initiative - Responsible for the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements; - Support, ensure and stabilize migration activities from Local GS to RGS **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting or related is required - Knowledge of general accounting processes - SAP knowledge and working experience (It is great plus) - At least 4 years of accounting experience, shared services is preferred - Intermediate English - Portugues (will be a plus) - Soft Skills: Leadership, teamwork, stakeholder management **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point, communication skills, knowledge of general accounting processes, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (Sox and internal controls), matrix environment, analytical skills, logical thinking; knowledge on other SAP modules. **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
