From engineering and manufacturing to brand development, design and innovation, we are dedicated to providing unique solutions to exceed our customers’ expectations and fuel consumers’ desire for glass. **Job Description**: **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Works with the business architect and other planners to assess current system capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements - Participates in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements - Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing - Participates in quality reviews, including management and peer level, as outlined in the verification and validation overview, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements - Serves as a liaison to the business community. Participates in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective - Serves as a resource for the Change Readiness Architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products - Participates in the to-be business processes design and re-engineering. Defines detailed functional requirements - Sets up and maintains the requirements traceability matrix for the functional area - Works with the team leadership, architects, and other team members to define metrics. **SCOPE AND IMPACT** Works as part of a global functional business team to ensure business process requirements are met. **REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS** This position reports to the Application Development Manager -Commercial. **TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS** Moderate International or domestic travel may be required. **Qualifications**: **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology or relevant business experience. - Minimum 3 years experience in SAP C4C designated functional area design, build, test and implementation with complimentary experience completing full cycle SAP C4C implementations, or upgrades - Experience in CRM system design, build, test and implementation. - Proven track record of working on high performance teams - Ability to analyze and design business processes - Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis of results and feedback from the user community - Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards - Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary - Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
