About the Role The Digital Workplace Team within the B. Braun Group is seeking a Windows Client Engineer to join our new IT Shared Service Center in Bogotá. As a member of the Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for the technical architecture, concepts, and development of the Windows Client environment. Main Responsibilities: - Engineering and Troubleshooting - Working with office productivity tools; delivery assurance and/or industry standards on deliverables - Supporting problem management process - Planning and execution of daily administrative tasks including performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, provisioning of recommended solutions, proactive error prevention, identifying voice and video requirements, installing upgrades, etc. - Planning and execution platform changes - Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities - Coordination and control of external support/service providers - Creation and maintenance of documentation Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3-4 years of similar experience - Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2). German would be a plus - Key Knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10 preferred) - CMS Systems like Microsoft Intune - Windows Power Shell - AD functions like GPO's - Must be familiar with LAN/WAN/VOIP/SD-WAN concepts, functionality and practices - MS Windows OS, MS Office environment, Active Directory, Azure AD - Experience working with Windows 10 on a global level
