We are looking for an IT Sr. Lead who will lead the IT operations in the region with a focus on delivery, development, and support of bespoke solutions according to the business needs for Peer to Peer through a vast experience in Functional Leadership applying continuous improvement processes and motivation to lead multi-discipline, high performing groups in a multicultural environment. What you will do: Lead the regional organizational unit responsible for all application development, delivery, and support of innovative solutions for Procurement in both SAP and non-SAP solutions. Supervise all resourcing activities related to design, development, testing, implementation, support, and documentation of the IT business solutions portfolio. Provide technical support to regional and global initiatives and projects and contribute to the development of an IT roadmap leading the technical aspects of a Business transformation. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the status of IT projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering or related discipline. 12+ years of experience in IT management, including experience leading an IT department. Experience managing IT transformations, projects, and initiatives. Experience managing an IT budget.
