Lead Generation Associate Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our Business Development team. As the first point of contact for our TourHeroes around the world, you will manage replies from our cold outreach emails, schedule calls, answer questions, and keep everything neat and on track. - Respond to replies from email outreach campaigns in a warm, professional, and accurate way. - Schedule and reschedule calls between TourHeroes and our Business Development team using Calendly. - Keep the inbox tidy, well-organized, and categorized for easy navigation. - Work closely with the Business Development team to stay aligned on meeting changes, lead updates, and follow-ups. - Flag important messages, log key information, and ensure no reply is missed. - Use AI tools to help manage repetitive tasks and improve workflow. - Help create a smooth, positive experience for TourHeroes from their first reply to their first call. - Excellent written English – high-quality grammar and tone. - Experience in admin, customer service, content moderation, or sales coordination is an asset. - Super organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. - Comfortable with Gmail, Calendly, and learning new tools. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stay focused on manual or repetitive tasks with care and consistency. - A team player who takes pride in supporting others and keeping operations smooth.
