Job Description As a Product Developer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of innovative products and projects in Latin America. Your key objective will be to secure effective execution of LatAm innovation pipeline by utilizing capabilities and capacities of All T&I; Innovation Centers. You will focus on LatAm projects with additional innovation synergy activities on a global level (e.g. EMEA, APAC). You will guide and support the LatAm Business Units regarding local & global product portfolio, in identifying new business opportunities, generating new product ideas, driving initiation of new product development projects. Key responsibilities include: - Leading, steering and developing overall competences & required technology development of the development team. - Being a key technical knowledge holder production process and product design. Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics Engineering or Production Engineering. - Postgraduate studies in Project Management / PMP-PMI desirable. - 6+ years of experience in developing plastic products, injection molding, extrusion and other plastic processing methods. - 6+ years of proven experience in managing complex project portfolios as a Project Manager. - Experience in setting up 3D models preferably SolidWorks or CAD. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organisational skills to ensure effective planning and tracking of activities and actions, excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. - Excellent communications skills in English, both verbally as well as in writing. - Willingness to travel if necessary.
