Requirements: - Experience: 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years. - Experience: 6+ months in a Senior HCA role in the UK within the past 3 years. - Eligibility: right to work in the UK. - Qualification: NVQ3 or SVQ3 qualification required. - Registration: for roles in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, SSSC, SCW or NISCC registration is required (not required in England). - Skills: knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques. - Qualities: teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
