**Information Technology**: **Columbia, MD** **About the job**: At the highest level, you will manage the practices related to implementing analytics for our customers, and the training of staff related to these processes. You will also be involved in client-facing consulting responsibilities. You will report to the Director, Analytics Implementation. The goal for this role is to ensure Cardinal Path is delivering consistently deployed, high quality, web analytics implementations and other analytics infrastructure, while preparing us to grow by developing a training program for junior members of the team. **Qualifications**: **Duties and responsibilities will include**: - Collaborate with other team members to define and refine our processes for performing analytics implementations and other technical services and deploy these with the goal of improving quality of main deliverables across projects. - Develop and deliver a training program to allow technical staff to gain knowledge on performing analytics implementations. - Manage a group of technical consultants - Mentor junior team members on accomplishing their consulting duties. - Deliver and have oversight on main deliverables - Evaluate business objectives from multiple business teams and develop and document tracking/tagging strategies to allow individuals and teams to measure success - Consulting with clients or agencies on projects requiring web analytics platform selection, implementation, platform remediation, and dashboard development. - Work with client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics services such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics - Perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations - Provide best practice consulting services to clients in solving their Web analytics platform strategy and technical needs. - Partner with multiple departments within our client's organization and outside the company to ensure that best practices in metrics are being exposed to our client management and core website decision makers. - Conduct platform training and knowledge sharing in web analytics for clients and the project team **Requirements**: - Bachelor degree or equivalent - Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Adobe Developer certification - Knowledge of Tag Management Solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium iQ - Minimum 7 years on-the-job experience implementing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics - Minimum 4 years experience with web development - Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols - Advanced JavaScript skills - Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage - Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners) If this sounds like it is a match, send us your resume, work samples (measurement reports, analysis and recommendation documents, sample dashboards that you have developed), and a quick note about yourself. **Additional Information**: LI-Remote LI-CR1 This is a remote role. **About dentsu** Dentsu is the network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities in the sustainable economy.
