About the Role The Integrations team at Simetrik plays a strategic role: it enables the connection between our clients’ systems and our platform, ensuring that data flows securely, efficiently, and at scale. This is a critical entry point that directly impacts how quickly and successfully our customers begin generating value through Simetrik. We’re looking for an Integration Manager with deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. This person will be responsible for evolving our integration architecture, improving internal practices, and ensuring technical excellence across the team. They’ll lead strategic conversations with Product and Engineering, manage delivery across integration projects, and act as a key technical counterpart for international clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, forward-thinking, and passionate about building scalable, future-proof integration processes. Responsibilities - Lead the technical and operational strategy of the Integrations team, ensuring the delivery of scalable and reliable solutions. - Design and implement integration architectures that allow clients to seamlessly connect their data sources to Simetrik. - Drive high standards in response times, service quality, and client satisfaction throughout the technical onboarding process. - Promote engineering best practices (version control, documentation, automation, testing, etc.). - Establish continuous improvement processes to increase operational efficiency and responsiveness. - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on technical roadmaps and integration needs. - Manage relationships with technical stakeholders on the client side, acting as a senior advisor and escalation point. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and lead their strategic adoption within the team. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in managment roles related to systems integration, data engineering, APIs, or infrastructure. - Proven experience leading technical teams or complex implementation projects. - Strong command of integration concepts and tools: REST APIs, Webhooks, ETL pipelines. - Experience with Python and SQL - Familiarity with cloud environments and modern architecture (AWS). - Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with a clear, structured, and solutions-oriented communication style. - Advanced English level - Ability to move seamlessly between technical depth and strategic thinking.
