Click here to learn more about us! **Job Summary** This position will be primarily remote with the exception to come into the office a couple of times per month for team lunches and events as needed. **How you'll make an impact**: - Utilize applicant tracking system to manage open requisitions - Establish relationships with department leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement, and onboarding of new hires. - Assist with development and management of job descriptions - Provide other recruiting or HR support as assigned **Qualifications**: - 4+ years of experience in a fast paced, in-house recruiting environment. - Able to easily master new software, systems, and technology - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) - Team player with a service mindset, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done - Critical and creative thinker, able to “connect the dots” and think outside the box with mínimal guidance - Flexible, skilled with managing shifting priorities - Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills **Bonus Points If You have**: - Experience with ATS or HRIS systems (iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, UltiPro, etc.) - Experience with Affirmative Action high desirable **Salary and Benefits**: ZOLL provides a casual work environment, competitive salaries, and a compensation structure that rewards contribution and hard work.
