We are currently on the look out for a strong and goal oriented Account Manager who can be a great additional to the team. Recruitment - Acquire manpower needs from the management and Department Heads. - Prepare job advertisements and requirements for posting to different job sites. - Conduct resume screening, interview scheduling, preliminary interviews, reference checking, and make recommendations. - Prepare job offers, contracts, and other documents for hiring. - Organize, collate, and file resumes of applicants. - Attend recruitment runs and job fairs. - Ensure completion of onboarding and pre-employment requirements. - Coordinate with third-party vendors for resourcing requirements. Records Maintenance - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee information encoded in the employee database. - Maintenance of employee’s 201 file. - Monitor the end of probationary or project period, send notifications and follow-ups on performance assessments. - Prepare employment certificates as per employee request. - Ensure legal compliance in accordance with the Department of Labor and Employment. Employee Relations - Assist in problem resolution and facilitation related to employee issues, performance management, and employee discipline. - Ensure complete documentation of performance and/or disciplinary action-related processes on the employee’s 201 file. Complete necessary documentation on the employee separation process and assist in conducting exit interviews. - Assist in coordination and facilitation of employee programs, HR initiatives, and other projects relating to employee engagement as needed. - Assist in planning and organizing company-sponsored events. Compensation and Benefits - Prepare, monitor, and ensure the payment of statutory benefits of employees. - Enroll newly hired employees to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth. - Assist employees in availing of company-initiated benefits and government-mandated benefits. - Liaise/coordinate with government agencies in submitting documents pertaining to government mandated benefits. - Process and administer payroll and pay slips of employees. - Process and monitor employee separation clearance of resigned/separated employees in the system to ensure that final pay is released on time. - Issue company ID for lost/damaged ID and certificate of employment as requested by active and separated employees. Training and Development - Assist in creating surveys, questionnaires, and documentation needed for the training. - Create posters for the upcoming events of the company. - Actively search for available trainings deemed fit for the employees. Administrative - Act as a Petty Cash Custodian. Verify supporting documents and create liquidation report for replenishment. - Provide clerical support and administrative to different Departments as and when needed. - Support Commercial and Operation Department by attending ingress, event proper and egress. - Ensure that clients, visitors, and partners are assisted accordingly during company visits. - Administer bank transactions such as encashment, deposit, and withdrawals. - Record and settle utilities and billings of the company.
