Be a part of our journey to success. *Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Representative to join our Payments LOB, specializing in both back-office tasks and customer calls. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. **Responsibilities**: Back Office (30%): Process online payments accurately and efficiently. Calls (70%): Communicate with banks and creditors in the US to facilitate and confirm payment processing. *Key Duties: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks. Maintain professional communication standards when liaising with external entities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payments and transactions. Effectively manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. *If you have these skills, you're a perfect fit: Minimum of 1 year in a BPO environment (experience in both calls and back office preferred). English proficiency (B2 level in Grammar and Speaking). Strong analytical thinking skills. Math proficiency to handle calculations and payment processes. Excellent multitasking ability to juggle calls and back-office tasks. Effective time management to meet strict deadlines. Monday to Friday during working hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), on site.
