Agile Delivery Manager We are looking for a skilled Agile Delivery Manager to lead our Data Engineering teams in delivering high-quality data products and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, experience with Scrum methodologies, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement in delivery processes. - Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring alignment with banking requirements, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance. - Serve as the primary liaison between Data Engineering teams and international banking stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. - Proactively identify and resolve blockers to team progress, whether technical, process-related, or stakeholder-driven. - Coach and mentor Data Engineering teams to adopt Agile best practices, foster a culture of collaboration, and enhance technical and soft skills. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects. - Strong experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization. - Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and data engineering workflows. - B1+ level of English, as you will work hand-in-hand with our headquarters in Canada.
