Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of LoKation Sphere software, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Optimize existing code, fix bugs, and improve performance across the full stack. Develop and maintain testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance tests. Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business goals and translate requirements into technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and compliance. Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance development processes and product capabilities.
