Our backend is powered by Laravel, our frontend by Vue.js, and we work in a fully agile environment using Scrum. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Backend PHP Developer who can take the lead on complex integrations, drive architecture decisions, and help us scale our systems for the future. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Laravel • Lead complex API and webhook integrations with third-party services • Collaborate with frontend developers (Vue.js) to deliver seamless features • Participate in and guide Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Perform code reviews, mentor other developers, and promote engineering best practices • Help shape system architecture and contribute to strategic technical decisions • Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of professional experience with PHP, including 3+ years with Laravel • Proven experience integrating with external APIs and managing webhooks • Solid understanding of RESTful design, asynchronous processing, and secure API communication • Expertise in MySQL or other relational databases and performance optimization • Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows • Experience working in remote teams and participating in Scrum/Agile processes • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership Nice to Have • Familiarity with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks • Experience with Docker, Redis, queues, or job workers • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment • Background in designing scalable architectures and cloud-native applications • Test-driven development using PHPUnit or PestEl equipo reclutador buscará estos conocimientos y habilidades en las postulaciones.
