Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Handle and manage creative campaign management across multiple accounts - Collaborate with Media team to recommend creative ways to meet all campaign specifications - Cross-function collaborate with internal teams to discuss campaign set up execution and optimization success - Face mid-senior clients alongside a US-based Manager/Director to intake and discuss creative/branding projects alongside an integrated team of Media, Creative, Social and PR Managers - Review reporting on a regular basis to mitigate potential issues - Coordinate and collaborate with Media Ops Team - Act as the liaison between creative and accounts team during campaign flights - Audits creative output alongside the creative teams - Creates briefings for clients related to creative projects and outputs - Collaborates with Producer or Project Manager to coordinate production or creation of creative projects - Works alongside the Strategic Media Manager to pull research on user groups and comprehend underlying issues facing user set or audience **Qualifications**: - C2 English proficiency requirement - Participation of award winning campaigns such as Effies, Shorties, Adage, Addys, Campaign, Cannes, Oneshow, D&AD;, Adweek, or other creative awards - 5+ years experience in digital creative advertising or creative advertising agency - Graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program focused on Business, Communication, Marketing, and Market Research fields. - 3-5 years of experience briefing creative teams - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrates accountability and strong organizational skills - A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Hylink's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. - Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. - Strategic capabilities of extensive user research using tools online to study a group of users and create profiles for them
