As Senior Flavorist, you will manage flavordevelopment projects to ensure successful creation process incooperation with customers, according to our goals and policies.You'll create flavors for food applications in the beverage,confectionery, biscuit and dairy sectors, complying with theprocesses required to exceed the needs and satisfaction of ourcustomers and consumers.You'll report to the ANCAM region CreationManager. Even though you will be based in Bogota, Colombia, workingfully onsite, the vacancy is open for applicants from other Latamcountries such as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Peru. In thisexciting role your main responsibilities will be: - Ensure that thecreation of new flavors meets the needs of our region customers tomaintain our leadership position and ensure the expected growth. -Implement global programs on new technologies developed to keep usat the forefront of changes in the food industry. - Consolidate ourties with customers through scheduled visits and electronic contactto ensure the application of our flavors in new developments in thebeverage, confectionery, biscuit and dairy categories. - Ensurethat the established growth assigned to the creations area is met.- Implement the activities of the creations manager to ensuresmooth processes in the creations area. - Participate in EHSmanagement system activities to strengthen their safety performanceand health at work. - Ensure service-level agreements processes fornew formulations. You? Your professional profile must include: -University degree in the fields of Chemistry or Foods, withspecialization in flavor creation. - At least 8 years of experienceas a Flavorist in beverage, confectionery, biscuit or dairycategories. - Knowledge of emulsions process, flavour releasesystems and chemistry. - Advanced level of English, both oral andwritten.
