Paid Social and Display Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Paid Social & Display Manager to join our Marketing team. This professional will drive and support Meta, LinkedIn, and Display advertising efforts to grow and nurture relationships with top-tier enterprise client accounts (new and existing). This newly created position will report to our Director of Paid Growth and ensure optimal demand generation campaigns outcomes! What You Will Do: - Build, coordinate and execute all paid social and display campaigns. - Work closely with marketing and sales departments to ensure strategy and content are aligned across the business. - Consistently experiment with new content, strategies, and landing pages to drive increased conversion rate. Heres what we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience working on paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn. - Strong Excel skills. - Strong experience with digital marketing, landing page optimization, and implementing A/B testing. - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive, and excellent problem-solving skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced English level.
