About the position The Financial Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. They assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as managing investments and assessing financial risks. They may also improve financial processes and provide recommendations for better financial decision-making within the company. Responsibilities Handle daily payment matters, ensuring all documentation related to financial transactions are complete and properly filed. Verify and account for various accounts in the assigned area. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy, maintaining voucher records, and confirming data authenticity. Control accounts receivable balances, collect payments timely, report issues during collection, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. Prepare, structure, and share periodic financial reports for divisions, maintaining financial models to support strategic decisions, ensuring data completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to understand financial needs and support strategic decision-making. Conduct internal financial inspections on large expenditures, ensure proper documentation and compliance, and follow up on rectifications. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and presentation processes. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, with 4-5 years of relevant experience; familiar with national financial policies, accounting, and tax regulations. Proficient in office software; able to handle high work pressure. Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and upright. Experience in the mobile phone or electronic product industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools is highly beneficial. English proficiency at B2 level is required.
