The Role We have an exciting opportunity for you to become the best professional you can be and face amazing challenges as a Strategy Ops Manager. This role offers a unique experience to join a vibrant, fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will manage communication with potential buyers, support our sales team to achieve organizational sales goals, and oversee sales operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct a deep analysis of our sales-campaign team’s current dynamics to design and implement a sales-operations strategy. Collaborate closely with the sales-campaign team to boost productivity. Own and promote data within our sales team, collecting and analyzing key data to generate insights and identify opportunities for increased sales effectiveness. Serve as a key contact for the team, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Support lead management processes, including lead assignment, tracking, and follow-up, to ensure effective conversion. Assist in creating and optimizing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals. Work closely with our head of sales to implement processes and improve productivity. Collaborate with Ops and Product teams to develop dashboards for data analysis. Support the sales team in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Promote and manage HubSpot usage, ensuring accurate data and conducting training sessions. Lead recruitment and onboarding within the sales team. Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new technologies for continuous improvement. Work with finance to develop pricing strategies. Coordinate with People team on workforce planning and compensation schemes. Perform any additional functions required by the business. Desired Background 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations. Experience automating processes and building sales processes. Expertise in HubSpot, SQL, Power BI. High proficiency in English (+B2). Excellent communication skills and people orientation.
