Position: Sales Coordinator (Coordinador de Ventas) Four Seasons is seeking a passionate Sales Coordinator who shares a commitment to excellence and enthusiasm. You will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience by providing insights and exceptional service to support our Marketing and Sales programs. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and requires Colombian work authorization. Responsibilities: Maintain organized sales records and report end-of-month targets to the team. Organize the creation and distribution of presentations and support documents to help the sales team generate business opportunities. Support senior management by processing orders and keeping clients informed about delays and delivery dates. Attend essential sales training meetings and develop knowledge of all company services and products. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by responding promptly to emails and managing phone orders. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure timely processing of orders. Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings, creating and maintaining end-of-month sales reports.
