Key Responsibilities: Support the strategic planning and tactical execution of IT resources. Implement and configure development environments, network infrastructure, big data analytics, and multi-classification solutions within a government enterprise. Work Environment: Seeking Candidates in the Colorado Springs Area Location: 100% On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Flexible Qualifications: Required: SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI or Active TS with SCI eligibility. BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Other degrees will be considered with relevant work experience. Experience with programming (scripting) languages (e.g., Bash, Python, .NET, or Java). Security+ Experience with Virtual Machines and Type 1 hypervisors, e.g., KVM, ESXi. Experience with Kubernetes/Docker (deploying/troubleshooting apps/containers). Linux experience: Proven experience with Linux, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues within a Linux environment. Desired: Git/GitLab experience. Experience with Apache open-source products (e.g., NiFi, Kafka, Zookeeper). DevSecOps experience. Risk Management Framework implementation experience. Software development experience (e.g., C++, Java, C). Compensation: $136,000 – $203,900 (for Colorado Springs only). The offered rate will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience, considering internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, including sign-on bonuses, relocation benefits, short-term and long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance, per internal policy or contractual designation.
