Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan on social channels such as FB. - Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. - Managing budgets and campaigns across all social channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. - Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels. - Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics. - Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.. - Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls. - Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions. **Mandatory (Must Have) Qualifications**: - Proven working experience in paid social media buying or as a FB Specialist. - Buying and optimizing Facebook placements. - Knowledge of media spend optimizations on social media platforms. - Facebook Business Manager working experience of 2+ years. - Facebook Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification. - Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. - Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO. - Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. - Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. - Fluency in English.
