This position will be also responsible for managing, analyzing, and administering compensation strategies, ensuring a competitive and equitable salary structure that attracts and retains talent, aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.Major Areas of Accountability:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies and solutions.Provide HR advice and counsel to management and staff on employee relations, performance issues, and other HR-related matters.Act as a trusted advisor and partner to leadership teams, helping them address HR challenges and leverage human capital to drive business outcomes.Proactively identify HR-related opportunities to improve business performance and culture.Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure that salary offers for new hires and internal promotions align with the company's compensation philosophy and market standards.Conduct internal and external salary analyses to ensure the competitiveness of the compensation structure.Assist in the development and maintenance of salary scales and pay structures.Lead the annual salary review processes including annual bonus for WC positions.Evaluate job positions and determine appropriate salary ranges based on internal and external factors.Work close with finance teams to manage compensation budgets and forecasts.Evaluate positions and keep job descriptions and salary ranges up to date.Develop and maintain reports on salary trends and compensation adjustments.Assist in creating and implementing incentive programs, bonuses, or variable compensation.Participate in special projects related to improving compensation processes and systems.Implement new tools and platforms that enhance compensation management.Responsible for:Performing their job in compliance with the guidelines givenDrawing attention to the manager to any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelinesDrawing attention to inefficiency of the systemSupport the positive EHS cultureEssential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits administration, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry.Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.MS Office Intermediate knowledgeRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:High degree of personal ownership on all areas of own responsibilitiesAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationHigh level of integrityAbility to work with confidential data and maintain a high level of discretionOrganizational and time management skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsHighly detail orientedColoplast Group - Holtedam 1 - Humlebaek - DK 3050 - Denmark #J-18808-Ljbffr
