Maintain effective communication between traders, counterparties, and logistics services to ensure terms specified in purchase and sales contracts are executed. Assist in drafting of purchase and sales contracts. Oversee vessel scheduling, laycan & stowage plan declaration / confirmation, vessel nomination and monitor daily vessel movements. Coordinate loading and discharge operations and documentations with vessel owners, agents, shippers and receivers. Handle laytime calculation and settlement of demurrage/dispatch, dispute and claims if any. Appoint shipping agents at load port and discharge port. Issue purchase’s import L/C and settlement Vet and check sales’ export L/C to ensure compliance and timely issuance, thereafter, liaise with banks to facilitate payment. Preparation of full set shipping documents (Invoice, Bill of Lading, COO, surveyor Certificates, and other export documents) Manage insurance declarations (charterers liability and marine declaration) Update trade information / trade budgets, Vessel schedule and other reporting Handle clerical/logistics to support the operational functions, such as: DHL shipments, samples management, invoices, documents delivery/tracking Assist in office management and administration. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 5 years’ experience in Trade/ logistics and/or shipping industry preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience and knowledge of accounting practices. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word. Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
