Accounting Experts Wanted Job Title: Senior General Ledger Associate We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team as a Senior General Ledger Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing selected accounting and reporting tasks in the general ledger area. - Key Responsibilities: - Perform assigned accounting and reporting activities in line with defined processes, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. - Respond to finance queries raised by employees, managers, finance partners, and other internal and external stakeholders. - Escalate issues and concerns to the Country Accountant or RTR Team Lead. - Support migration projects, including work shadowing and work instructions creation. - Act as a team player, building good relationships with stakeholders. - Support cross-process and cross-function cooperation required to achieve overall goals for GBS. - Ensure compliance according to internal procedures and legislation. - Meet deadlines and execute assignments according to Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Identify improvement areas and implement changes. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (MS Office). - Desirable SAP experience. - At least 2 years of experience in Accounting. - Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service Centers (SSC) is an advantage. - Strong communication skills. - Teamwork skills. - English language proficiency at C1 level or above.
