At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u. **Responsibilities** - Supports category strategy over a multi-year horizon and ensures delivery of AOP targets, price variance tracking, successful supplier interaction & negotiation - Supports contract execution, supplier coordination, competitive benchmarking and works with local business to solve any supply issues - Manages change projects that are required to deliver productivity targets or support market innovation - Supports and executes full vendor approval process in close cooperation with central QA/ VA - Executes local category strategies that create competitive advantage for the business - Supports MSO Category Lead in the development of local suppliers in terms of service, quality and productivity - Supports the MSO Category Lead in the execution of local key productivity initiatives and also develops short term productivity initiatives for small scale local categories **Qualifications** **ACADEMIC TRAINING** - Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Public Accounting - English level: Billingual **EXPERIENCE** - Experience managing commodities Raw Material at least 4 years - RFP and RFI bidding excecution - Cost Conversion management - Contracts management - Innovation process - Cost comparison market / bechmark - SAP and ARIBA platform management
