The Web UI Developer is in charge of all of the visual aspects of our web and Ecommerce products. They will work closely with the Ecommerce and Creative team, providing direction and creating UI layouts and/or mockups that suit our corporate branding and deliver the best user experience for our customers. The Web UI Developer is also responsible for creating, managing and maintaining our corporate websites, including new features to be developed, bug fixing, content updates, structural changes, and other requests. He/she must proactively suggest ideas and proposals on how to improve our website’s performance based on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). They will be working with the Ecommerce team with Agile methodologies. **Requirements**: - 2+ years’ professional (paid) web development experience. - Professional portfolio with at least 5 websites for internal review. - Expert managing and developing websites running React JS and Wordpress. - Experience designing and developing responsive design websites. - Good understanding of front-end technologies,specially React JS including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and others. - Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML). GraphQL knowledge is a plus. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial). - Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. - *intermediate/profesional level of English skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Language**: - English (required)
