Aboutthe Role As a Financial Planning Analyst, you’ll support ourFP&A; team to drive informed decision-making and ensurefinancial health across the organization. You will focus onfinancial planning, budget management, and payroll oversight,leveraging your analytical skills to optimize processes andcontribute to the company’s strategy. Responsibilities - Conductfinancial analysis, including revenue behavior, gross marginperformance, cost control, and P&L; analysis. - Lead and managefinancial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, andmonthly outlooks. - Analyze payroll and budgetary data to identifyareas of opportunity or improvement. - Create and deliver clearmanagement reports to enable data-driven decision-making. -Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintainfinancial health, strategy alignment, and effective resourceplanning. - Leverage tools like Power BI or Tableau for reportingefficiencies and insights. - Proactively identify potential risksand opportunities for cost savings or operational improvements. About You Qualifications & Skills - 3+ years of experience infinancial planning, financial analysis, or related areas (FP&Ais; required). - Bachelor’s degree in finance, businessadministration, or a relevant field. - Proficiency in financialmodeling, planning, and payroll knowledge. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel is essential). - Experience using Power BIor Tableau for data visualization (required). - ERP experience,particularly NetSuite (nice to have). - B1-level Englishproficiency (written and spoken). - Located in Bogotá withflexibility to attend the office when needed. - Strong analyticalmindset with attention to detail and a focus on processimprovement. - A proactive and collaborative approach to working indynamic environments.
