Tu Rol Formarás parte del Departamento de Customer Excellence Operation Teams, donde realizarás funciones clave que incluyen el soporte en el mantenimiento de informes y dashboards, la automatización de procesos mediante Power Automate, el análisis y revisión de información en SAP, así como el apoyo en la documentación interna. También gestionarás solicitudes y revisarás cambios masivos en One Key. Se requiere un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar, donde podrás aplicar tus habilidades técnicas y analíticas para contribuir al éxito del equipo. Quien Eres - Estudiante de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Programación, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Biomédica o carreras afines a la tecnología de la información. - Nivel básico a intermedio de inglés (lectura y escritura). - Conocimientos en tablas dinámicas, programación en Visual Basic y macros. - Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office. - Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarte eficazmente. - Habilidad para resolver problemas y pensar analíticamente. - Proactividad en la automatización de procesos y mejora continua. - Compromiso con la calidad y atención al detalle.
