The HR Support provide deep expertise, effective processing and efficient services to the Employee Relations and Compliance organization. Our focus is to drive process improvement via MOS methodologies and technology enhancements to drive automated and efficient solutions, increasing our capability to provide value-add services for our customers. This will be a hybrid position in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions - Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR country coordinators and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions - Provides team project coordination and support in effective case management of people related issues such as: ER concerns, disciplinaries, terminations, and investigations, as appropriate - Advises managers and employees on entry-level ER matters at the manufacturing site (e.g. attendance and tardy) - Executes and assists in the development, implementation and administration of project processes and procedures. Identifies efficiencies and implementation of process improvements. - Manages record keeping for various programs and processes, including translations (terminations, performance improvement, escalation and notification, etc) - Answer employee questions on organizational policies and procedures; refer employees to appropriate resource as needed - Maintains strict confidentiality in managing highly confidential human resources information and exercise sound judgment in handling or working with confidential data and situations Required Knowledge and Experience: - Highschool degree - Fluent in English - Two years of relevant experience supporting Employee Relations, Human Resources processes procedures or customer support - Knowledge working with MS Office Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
