Job Title: Digital Merchandiser We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandiser to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the online presence of our clients. - Create and optimize Brand Store architecture, including home pages, subpages, and categories. - Select and upload high-quality content, such as banners, lifestyle photos, descriptions, videos, and CTAs, that engage users. - Implement A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different page layouts, messages, and product collections. - Analyze data to drive business growth and inform data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with creatives to develop cohesive brand messaging and ensure optimal performance. Requirements: - Proven experience in eRetail, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores. - Strong knowledge of Amazon Store Builder and Brand Analytics. - Experience working with Amazon in the Seller or Vendor model. - Practical knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles. - Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers. - Knowledge of PIM tools, such as Salsify. - Good analytical and project management skills. - Team player with excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers and tools like Helium10/Jungle Scout. - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. - Attention to Detail. - Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas. - Advanced English Level - at least C1+.
