Role & Responsibilities: Lead financial management of Global projects, including data collection, validation, evaluation, and reviews with senior leaders. Projects are large-scale, 3-4 years long, requiring strong financial acumen and influence skills. Oversee tracking and reporting of project spend, headcount, savings, and coordinate with project teams and finance. Provide financial support and partnership across GSF areas, adapting to business needs. Manage 2-3 staff at professional levels globally. Demonstrate Leadership Imperatives: Connect, Shape, and Deliver, using metric-driven insights to create value and challenge the status quo. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Accounting. Preferred: MBA or financial certifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA). At least 5 years of finance or related experience. Experience with FP&A systems like SAP/TM1 is preferred. Strong analytical, conceptual, and advanced Excel skills. Ability to work independently, recommend process improvements, and handle multiple tasks. Up to 10% travel may be required. Fluent in English.
