We are seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to join our Operations team and help us optimize our staffing strategy through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and cross-department collaboration. This role will be key in ensuring we meet both client demands and operational objectives while maintaining an engaged and efficient workforce. Role Overview: As the Workforce Planning Manager , you will take a leading role in overseeing and managing our workforce strategy, utilizing data to forecast and optimize staffing requirements across the firm. You will partner with multiple departments, including Operations , Talent Acquisition , and Training , to ensure that we have the right people in place to meet business needs and deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a highly strategic role where you will drive key initiatives related to staffing, retention, performance metrics, and overall workforce optimization. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape workforce planning strategies that align with our long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Analyze trigger reports, caseload data, sales trends, attrition rates, PTO usage, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to forecast staffing needs. Provide actionable insights based on data trends to improve workforce allocation and meet both short-term and long-term staffing requirements. Staffing Optimization: Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment efforts align with current and projected workforce needs. Develop and maintain a workforce plan that supports business objectives, including workforce forecasting, retention strategies, and gap analysis. Plan and implement staffing strategies that optimize resources and reduce operational inefficiencies. Collaboration Across Teams: Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations , Talent Acquisition , and Training to ensure alignment between staffing levels, training availability, and business objectives. Lead regular meetings with key stakeholders to review workforce metrics, discuss staffing needs, and adjust plans accordingly. Performance & Attrition Management: Regularly assess workforce performance and attrition data, identifying trends and potential issues that may impact staffing. Collaborate with Operations to develop retention strategies and improve employee engagement, reducing attrition rates over time. Reporting & Strategic Recommendations: Report to the Director of Operations and executive leadership on workforce performance, trends, and forecasts. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workforce efficiency and inform decision-making at the senior level. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in staffing practices, resource planning, and workforce analytics. Implement best practices to ensure we continuously optimize our workforce, improve productivity, and meet operational goals. Qualifications: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years) in workforce planning, staffing, or operations management. (Master's degree is a plus.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience in workforce optimization, including managing attrition rates, PTO planning, and workforce forecasting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making.
