**Position**:Sales Development Representative **City**:Bogotá (Remote) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. **Remuneration**: $2'700.000 - 3'600.000 **Responsibilities**: - Conduct outbound calls to potential leads for lead generation purposes. - Build and maintain a diverse client portfolio, including both new and existing clients. - Perform network research to identify potential prospects and opportunities. - Stay informed about market trends, buyer preferences, and the competitive landscape. - Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure business opportunities. **Skills and requirements**: - Charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation abilities to effectively communicate value propositions. - Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in conducting research on buyers, market trends, and competitors. - Basic proficiency in Excel for data analysis and management. - Knowledge of the auto motor industry is preferred but not mandatory. - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage. - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
