Key Responsibilities: - Designing visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos. - Crafting compelling and click-worthy titles for YouTube videos. - Developing and executing content packaging strategies tailored to YouTube algorithms and audience behavior. - Leading A/B testing initiatives for thumbnails and titles, iterating based on data and performance. - Managing 5-10 video projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with brand tone and creative vision. - Collaborating with writers and strategists to ensure cohesive messaging and content delivery. - Pitching new ideas to enhance content visibility and audience engagement. - Overseeing and executing Instagram content planning and publishing in sync with YouTube releases. - Presenting concepts, strategy, and performance outcomes to internal stakeholders. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content strategy, or YouTube/social media marketing. - Proven track record of designing world-class YouTube thumbnails and effective titles. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO principles, and content trends. - Exceptional copywriting skills that turn content into irresistible, clickable assets. - Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and optimizing creative based on performance. - Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple fast-moving projects. - Strong verbal and visual communication skills; ability to clearly present ideas and results. - Self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively suggest improvements and new strategies.
