Join us to leverage your unstoppable growth potential and start building what can become your legacy. **Key roles**: - Employees in this specialty are responsible for the total client relationship with one strategic or several important clients. - They plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers. - They identify and prioritize opportunities, focusing on innovation and on demand business; develop solutions strategies; and engage in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate. - Employees in this role serve as the integrator before the client. - They plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments. - Employees in this role are responsible for developing an effective account plan. - They are responsible for revenue, wallet share, and client satisfaction in assigned accounts. - The customer partner is responsible for both building the client relationships in its respective territory - The customer partner should be a trusted advisor in their clients with deeply interlock with delivery partners to manage operation customers - The customer partner is accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - The customer partner must have knowledge to support both sales of new business opportunities and the delivery sales - It must understand large and complex services engagements, including appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry - It must identify new business opportunities, works with the technical teams and its responsible for the business closing - Experience in the creation, negotiation and sell of Hybrid Cloud Solutions and modernization and optimization solution to transform new business in the customer **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** - The person should be able to perform advanced analysis including ROI and TCO from the customer view. - The individual should be able to create technical and economical documentation, as well as defend in front of a C-level Audience. - The individual should have sound knowledge of vendors and good relations with the ecosystem that may enable them to provide recommendations regarding best fit for specific scopes **Required Education** Bachelor's Degree Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
