This role is essential for mitigating risks, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Heads of Units to document, standardize and maintain processes ensuring clarity, consistency and regulatory compliance.Perform quality assurance audits presenting findings and recommendations to process owners.Follow up on action plans derived from audits and communicate progress monthly to the leadership team.Manage the strategic risk matrix, identifying and documenting unrecognized risks in the processes.Coordinate and support corporate meetings and executive sessions, including preparation of presentations and logistics.Provide administrative support, overseeing office supplies and organizing internal events.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related fieldsPreferably with knowledge of the Real Estate and Investments fieldsAdvanced level of English, minimum B2-C1Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role within the audit/process improvement fieldsProject and process management skillsKnowledge of auditing standards and proceduresAdvanced computer skills in MS Office and databasesDetail-oriented with excellent analytical skillsWhat we offer: Monthly salary: 5.000.000 - 6.000.000 COPHealth & life insuranceConnectivity allowanceYear of Service bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
