Your Role: As Head of Finance, you will lead the global financial strategy, operations, and compliance for a high-growth fintech organization. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team to scale operations, ensure financial health, and enable long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership - Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with expansion goals in the U.S. and Europe - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk - Oversee audits, tax strategy, and ensure full regulatory compliance across regions Financial Planning & Analysis - Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across revenue streams - Monitor and optimize financial KPIs, including processing costs and customer profitability - Identify cost-saving opportunities while supporting continued growth Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to relevant regulations: PSD2, PCI DSS, DORA, SOX, and U.S. reporting standards - Implement robust internal controls and risk mitigation strategies - Advise on legal, cross-border, and Private Equity compliance matters Capital & Fundraising Strategy - Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital - Support equity and debt fundraising efforts and maintain investor relations - Build strong banking and financial partnerships Vendor & Partner Relations - Collaborate with product and partnerships teams on vendor negotiations and financial terms - Represent the company in strategic financial conversations with external stakeholders Requirements - 10+ years in financial leadership, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS - Experience scaling companies in the U.S. and European markets - Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-border regulatory environments - Knowledge of payment ecosystems, transaction flows, and revenue optimization models - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred - Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Benefits - Competitive compensation + comprehensive benefits - Fully remote position with flexible working hours - High-impact role with direct influence on company direction - Collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive team culture - Personal and professional development support #J-18808-Ljbffr
