We are currently seeking an experienced Senior FP&A; Analyst. Someone who is **highly organized** and has **strong technical skills** will do well in this position. As a Senior FP&A; Analyst you will assist with, and take the lead on, certain day to day financial activities at Elevate Brands, including but not limited to: consolidation, financial presentations, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, and financial modeling. We are seeking someone with strong financial acumen and technical skills to support our fast-paced growth. **What you'll do as a Senior FP&A; Analyst**: - Support all financial reporting, including weekly/monthly and quarterly external reporting for Elevate Brands; Consolidate divisional data/information and present total company P&L; - Utilize a strong understanding of excel to refine current processes and support the Finance team in analyzing historical data and making projections - Assist with executive level reporting and presentation of financial results & key performance indicators, constantly improving quality & efficiency - Assist with execution of various business analyses and drive cross-functional initiatives with divisional finance teams to collect and summarize key information and data for consolidated reporting - Perform monthly and ad-hoc in-depth variance analyses for profit and operating costs in comparison to budget and forecasts - Work cross-functionally with finance leads and utilize understanding of underlying business drivers to continuously enhance reporting and improve accuracy - Effectively communicate and present financial matters to key stakeholders and leaders - Improve financial reporting systems / capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field - 3-5 years of overall experience within FP&A;, consulting, investment banking, or investor relations - Ability to work with and derive business decisions from complex data sets - Retail / Consumer Goods industry experience is a plus - M&A; experience is a plus - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills **"Must-Have" Technical Skills**: - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Excel Macros, PivotTables, V-lookups, Index Match, logic formulas, shortcuts, Power Query/Power BI) and PowerPoint - Experience with business intelligence/database tools
