Role Overview This is a key role within the marketing team that will be responsible for driving conversions and revenue through optimizing Shopify store performance. - Job Description: - Design and develop high-converting landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs) in Replo. - Write compelling headlines, bullet points, and calls-to-action (CTAs). - Create or source on-brand visuals using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. - Set up A/B tests and analyze results using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Hotjar. - Collaborate with media buyers and email teams to align offers and ensure seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO roadmap to drive revenue growth. - Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior and conversion rates to inform design decisions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal customer experience. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO and e-commerce growth design. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or e-commerce growth design. - Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through CRO efforts. - Strong understanding of Shopify theme development and Liquid templating language. - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. - Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion optimization. - Visual/UI skills with proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience with GA4 event setup and strong analytical skills. Bonus Points - Experience working with beauty/wellness direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. - Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing platform. - Aptitude for AI tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT for mockups and copywriting.
