**Job Summary** **Responsibilities** - Oversee the end-to-end staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. - Address driver concerns and conflicts, ensuring timely resolutions. - Administer and review background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR). - Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. - Perform internal recruiting efforts to identify talent within the organization for open positions. **Skills** - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. - Experience with employee orientation or training programs is a plus. - Knowledge of DOT regulations, driver qualifications, and compliance standards - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Requirements**: - Experience in trucking industry and recruitment - Fluency in English and Spanish - PC, smartphone and stable internet connection. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
