Job Title: Account Receivable Analyst External JobTitle: Accounts Receivable Analyst Location: Bogota, Colombia(Hybrid) About Your Business Area/Department: An autonomous andefficient analyst responsible for overseeing overall Collectionsoperations and services rendered by Amadeus. This includesinvoicing collection services to travel agencies and localproviders. The role primarily focuses on implementing andmonitoring collection flows and KPIs, liaising with Customers,Sales, Accounting, Treasury teams, and managing SAP systemsolutions. Summary of the role: 1. Execute collection activitiesacross North and Latin America, including Accounts Receivable, CashApplication, Bad Debt proposals, and Dunning. 2. Own and optimizecollection SLA compliance and cross-team collaboration within OTCprocesses. 3. Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in processimprovement projects. 4. Maintain expertise in Americas systemslandscape and drive continuous improvement through requirements andCRs. 5. Collaborate with travel agencies to resolve issuesefficiently. 6. Enhance collaboration with related areas, support,and customers. 7. Manage monthly collection cycles, closing, andreporting activities to meet deadlines. 8. Assist in planning andimplementing procedures. In this role you’ll: 1. Work with financeand internal teams to ensure KPIs meet SLA standards for Collectionprocesses. 2. Act as a business partner, providing support andadvice on operational Collection topics. 3. Contribute to theevolution of Order to Cash processes. 4. Engage in local andinternational projects. About the ideal candidate: - 2-3 years’experience in Finance, preferably in Billing, Collection, OTC, orrelated fields. - Bilingual in English and fluent in Spanish. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactive and takesinitiative. - Excellent communication, conflict management, andteam skills. - Expertise in SAP, Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI isa plus.
